Spar is an online-based store for Tesla products that cater to the needs of every Tesla owner having the ease of buying items online. You can simply visit our website at  and place your orders.

Account Registration
My Account / How do I register or Sign up?

Creating your personalized account is very simple. Visit our homepage, click on the register on the top right corner and enter your email and other details required . Once registered, you are good to go. Simply log into your Spar account using your registered email and password. We encourage you to register as your existing info will be stored securely. Once you visit our website again and place an order you can use your existing information. 

Can I change my email address?

For security reasons, your email cannot be changed. You need to make sure that upon registration you have created the correct email details. We do not encourage using Facebook or Google accounts upon registration as this might cause issues with the security of your account.

How can I change my account password?

Please note that only you may change your password in the interest of securing of your account. You may kindly follow these steps, mentioned below, in order to change the password:

Click on Forgot Password Tab (in front of Login Tab)

Enter your registered email and Confirm

You shall receive an email with a link to RESET your Password and you may create a New Password of your choice.

How can I add or edit my address on the profile?

You may log in to My Profile at the top right corner on the Homepage and do the required. Click on update to complete the process.

How do I verify my phone number?

In order to verify your phone number, click on the verify button and enter the verification code sent on the provided number. Enter the code and click on verify to complete the process.

I am unable to verify my phone number or email address?

If you cannot find the verification email, please check the social, promotions, and spam folders in your mailbox. In case you still have issues during the verification process, feel free to drop us an email at or contact our customer support team for further help and we shall be happy to assist you.

Can I edit my phone number?

You may kindly write to us, at:, to edit/update your phone number on the profile. Our team shall be happy to manually save the changes on your profile.


My Orders

How to place an Order?

For placing an order, you may go to the individual item page, click on Add To Shopping Cart. This lands you to the cart where you can review your order. Next, click on Continue to Checkout and then fill-in the required details, select the payment method to complete your order.

Where is my Order?

To understand the history of your orders, you should log in to your account, click on My Purchases where you can access the list of Ongoing orders, Completed orders, Cancelled orders and Returned orders.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order under My Purchases in your account. Please track your orders from The “Ongoing Orders” tab which will show a list of orders that are under process.

Can I change my address after an order is shipped?

It is pretty unlikely to change the delivery address post the order is shipped. You may reach out to our Customer Support Team via email ( ) to check on the possibility as an exception.

Can I change my payment method?

We do not entertain the change of payment method under any circumstances.

I have received the wrong item, how do I request an exchange?

If you have received the wrong order, you may log in to My Account, click on My Purchases, go to the Completed Orders tab to find your order, and contact us. Alternatively, please reach out to our customer support team via Phone, LiveChat, or email ( ) to report the same so it is resolved on priority.

I have received an incomplete order, how do I complain?

In a rare scenario, if you have received an incomplete order, please reach out to our customer support team via Phone, LiveChat or email ( ) to report the same so it is resolved on priority.

I have received a damaged item, how do I request a replacement?

Spar guarantees high-quality items and all items undergo a quality check before shipping. Please reach out to our customer support team via Phone, Live Chat, or email ( ) to report the same so it is resolved on priority.


Where can I get my items fitted on my car?


In order to fit your purchased parts and accessories, you may visit any garage or workshop that will complete this job for you efficiently and to your liking.


Product Installation & Care Instructions

All our products are of the utmost quality and the products applicable by adhesion come with a high quality double sided tape for easy installation.


While installing, use a microfiber cloth to clean the surface to ensure there is no residual dirt that may affect adhesion.


It is preferred to use an adhesion promoter wipe before applying the product and it is imperative to check the product fitment before peeling off the red tape.


For removal of adhesive products, you need to heat the part first gently and evenly with a heat gun for 15 to 30 seconds to soften the glue before peeling the part off so it will not damage the car and to ensure a smooth removal process.

Shipping and Delivery

A shipping fee of AED 25 per order is charged for delivery within the UAE.  (Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.) 


When an item is oversized, it normally has a separate shipping cost. 

OVERSIZED ITEMS include, but is not limited to:

* Dashboards, Dash Caps, Floor Mats, Spoilers, Steering Wheels, Trunk Organizers, Sound Dampening Kits, etc, and any other large item that will not fit into a Medium Box.

Returns & Exchanges


How do I cancel my Order?

We do not accept cancellations and returns. 

Can I exchange my order for another item?

We do not allow the exchange of items under any circumstances.  Upon checking out on the online store and proceeding to payment, you have agreed to the no return and exchange policy.

Disclaimer: Please note that all our products are final sales and we do not accept returns. All our products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects. Please select your items after reviewing the compatibility with your production model, we do not accept returns for any items which do not fit due to an error in the selection of your accessories.


In the rare cases of refunds, they are processed within 14 business days of the item(s)’ delivery to us. We will let you know via e-mail when we initiate the process. Please note that it might take 7-9 business days, from the time we complete the process, for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds can only be done in the same mode as to how the payment was made. If it was paid via credit card It can only be refunded the same way. The courier/delivery fees and restocking fee will be billed to the customer and deducted from the total amount.
